Buyers Home Base offers Four Services. The first of these listed below was created specifically for First Home Buyers.
FIRST HOME BUYERS
Whilst we now work with Investors and Home Buyers from Interstate and Internationally, Buyers Home Base was originally formed to assist First Home Buyers. Before Buyers Home Base entered the marketplace, there was NO affordable Service to assist these Buyers. We have led the way, and will always be committed to keeping our low-flat fee Service available for all First Home Buyers.
All Other Buyers - and - Investors
With our Other Buyers and Investors Service, we go out and inspect ALL properties and advise BEFORE you go to inspect. We have found that often times, these Buyers are more time poor, so this Service assists them with saving Time. The biggest difference between this service and our First Home Buyers Service is the time we invest. First Home Buyers inspect the properties first (with our guidance of where to search and what properties to view within their price range).
Negotiation / Bid Only Service
Sometimes you may have already found the ideal home or property yourself. You may be interstate or overseas at the time of the Auction, or are just confronted by the fact that you now do not know how best to proceed in to the negotiation phase. If this happens, you can contact us and we can offer you our special Negotiation / Bid Only Service.
SEAMLESS SERVICE what is it?
What if you could have somebody oversee the sale of your existing home……AND, …..at the same time have somebody doing all of the leg work and due diligence in the search for your next home? You’d be left to go to work, go to the beach, get your weekends back and not have to deal directly with any Agents if you didn’t want to. Sound good?
The one benefit that all of our Services offer, and the one that can potentially save you thousands, is skill of NEGOTIATION. Negotiating skills play a large part in securing a property. You need to know the true value of the home and the area. You need to understand when and how to make offers and complete a Contract of Sale. Knowing when to “push in”, and when to “pull back” in a negotiation is a skill that can only be acquired after working in an industry for many years. Timing is everything. Having insider knowledge as to how different Agencies work (how they take offers, how they negotiate, how they appraise properties, who is on their team). Having a finger on the pulse of the market in all of the various suburbs – on a daily basis – helps us to understand market trends with pricing so you won’t over pay.
